There are countless talented singers out there but this young lady is on another level.

She became popularly known after her audition piece for the 2014 season of Norway’s Got Talent went viral earning millions of views on different social media platforms.

Her name is Angelina Jordan.

She was only 7 years old when she amazingly sang “Gloomy Sunday” in a Billie Holiday way during her audition for the 2014 season of Norway’s Got Talent.

Apart from becoming an internet sensation after her audition, Angelina Jordan ended up winning the competition and like they always say, the rest is history.

Angelina was born and raised in Norway and her passion for music, singing in particular, started when she was just one and a half years old.

It was when she first saw Whitney Houston on YouTube performing ‘I Will Always Love You.’

Soon after, Billie Holiday and Dinah Washington became her main sources of inspiration to pursue her dream of becoming a music artist.

Her unique voice is something you wouldn’t usually hear from singers of today’s generation.

Angelina Jordan’s voice quality is far from the usual.

Her singing prowess possesses amazing breadth, depth, and maturity like no other.

Listening to her voice with eyes closed, you wouldn’t believe it was actually coming from this young lady.

Her videos on social media platforms like YouTube and Facebook have already amassed over several billion views and over 4 million views respectively.

Not only her undeniable singing talent makes her so special but also her generous heart to help other people.

According to her website, Angelina helped charitable institutions like the Rainforest Alliance at the American Museum of Natural History in New York and Ein Herz für Kinder in Berlin raise over 21 Million Euros to help children and families in need.

Also, when she was only six years old, she met a barefoot homeless girl.

Angelina eventually gave the homeless girl her shoes and promised never to perform on stage with shoes until all the children in the world have some.

From that day forward, Angelina has never been seen wearing any footwear during any of her public performances.

That includes this public performance of her last year at the Allsang på Grensen.

It’s a Norwegian musical entertainment program that happens every summer that’s been aired on the TV 2 channel since its first premiere in June 2007.

Angelina chose to sing one of the band’s unforgettable hits, ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, and she didn’t disappoint.
