Terry Miles, or Terence Andrew Miles, is a pianist and songwriter from England who specializes in boogie-woogie piano.
He has played in many different bands throughout his musical career all while being a session musician, but his YouTube channel is now his main musical outlet.
He opened his YouTube channel way back in 2009.
Miles has since gained over 444k subscribers with millions of views across all of his videos.
What he does is he records his piano videos in public places such as train stations, airports, malls, and so on.
These public piano videos have been very successful since his playing is upbeat and stimulating for crowds.
And that often results in crowd engagement, making for amusing videos like this one.
The boogie-woogie playing maestro can be seen playing around London sometimes dressing up as an old man, or really bright outfits.
As famous as he is, Miles is just one among many accomplished pianists in the planet.
He finds himself in a mall, with another man playing boogie-woogie piano as Miles stands and hits a few keys here and there.
This goes on for awhile as random folks walk up past them smiling at the display of talent and the brilliant playing.
It’s that familiar boogie-woogie jam which is often open to a lot of variations and impromptu changes.
Miles continues to play with his friend up until the one minute mark where you can see a lady in green appear on the top right part of the screen.
She is visibly seen pushing a stroller with a friend who is carrying a baby.
Maybe this lady in green is the grandma?
Miles and his piano friend are totally oblivious as she dances up to them, her shoulders moving to the beat while she moves closer to the duo.
And then she’s there right beside Miles, a wide smile on her face.
She bops her head and waits her turn and as soon as Miles backs off the piano, she hits a few notes perfectly in tune to the playing.
Miles loves it and even encourages her to play some more, and she does!
So she trades a few keys with Miles, who is also smiling at this point.
The best moments are often unplanned!
“It never ceases to amaze me when I see things like this how people who are total strangers can just hook up and create this much awesomeness spontaneously!!!! And it included so much!!! Thank you! I’ll have to see this again!” says a viewer.
She continues to play with the men, her radiant energy a perfect match for the playing.
And just like that, she claps for joy and walks away from the piano never to be seen again.
Miles and his buddy keep playing as the camera zooms around the area but… no lady in green.
Who knows who she is or where she is now? Maybe boogie-woogie summons her jubilant spirit?
