It should come as no surprise that Elvis Presley’s music is still imitated today, given his status as one of the best musicians of all time. While many of the impersonations painfully fall short of Elvis’ magnificence, every so often, there is a performance that gives everyone in the audience goosebumps.

According to Stories Of The Moment, this occurred recently when 13-year-old Yaroslav Karpuk performed the well-known Elvis song «Can’t Help Falling in Love» on the reality television program The Voice Kids Ukraine.

The rich, seductive voice quickly captured the audience’s attention since it sounded so similar to Elvis Presley. Within the first 15 seconds of the performance, one judge even turned around in his chair, signaling that the artist should advance to the competition’s next round.

The singer’s family is obviously ecstatic when the first judge rejects him. The number of judges joining in grows as the performance goes on. In actuality, all three of the remaining judges simultaneously press their buttons and spin around.

The competitor gets to pick which judge will guide him through the tournament once it is confirmed that he has advanced to the following round. Unsurprisingly, the young man chooses to follow the judge, who initially turned his chair as his mentor.
