Violinists Kevin Sylvester and Wilner Baptiste make up the duo Black Violin who just released this powerful song called “Stereotypes.”
Before they were introduced to the strings, Baptiste and Sylvester were kids who loved hip-hop. They met in their high school orchestra class, where they began to study classical music. Now, they are mixing the two genres and creating powerful, beautiful music together.
