Dance is always fun to watch.

There are so many styles to choose from and within those styles, dancers have unlimited creativity to work with.

Creativity can be a hit or miss but when done right, a dance can become very memorable.

But this group of eight girls and four guys seem to have gotten the right formula.

Dressed in split black and white costumes, they walk out together walking sidewards, using their white sides to get to the front of the room.

Their audience is already buzzing with anticipation.

Google translates the tile from Czech so it reads, “Black and white midnight surprise – SDH Malovice firemen’s ball 2017.”

They’ve got sunglasses on and this group of guys and girls try to keep a straight face the whole time.

It is a dance of illusion, with an equal mix of the white parts and the black parts alternating in a rhythmic dance.

That just has to be music from their culture!

Their audience is into it, cheering and clapping along as they step front and side to the catchy tune.

Now they are not professional dancers by the looks of it but you have to admire their confidence to step out there and entertain.

And just how on earth did they come up with this idea?

Must have been a long night of food and drinks just throwing ideas at each other before one of them found the light bulb switch and laid out the plan.

It’s a little tough to find anything on this group but they seem to be an amateur sports team of sorts.

A group who finds time to help their village and community, providing assistance and amusement as needed.

Good for them for bringing smiles to their neighbors!

And as for Malovice?

It is a municipality and village in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic with about 600 inhabitants.

Looks like a tight community!

Do a quick search on Google and you’ll see how charming the place is.

No wonder these dancers are more than happy to oblige their family and friends with this optical illusion dance!

Can you imagine what it must have been like during practice?

There must have been a ton of laughs and an equal amount of frustrations just to get the dance right.

It’s a dance that seems to have been done more for fun and laughs than outright perfection though, so good for them.

They go from traditional sounding music to more modern pop hits too.

And while this group seemed to lose their timing from time to time, they still had fun by the looks of it.

Their friends were in full support all throughout, clapping and cheering them on.

And in the end, community is what it’s all about.
