Hailed “the best video” by Alison Hammond, Lisa Rowland appeared on ITV’s This Morning to explain how she got stuck upside down.

Lisa Rowland is a mum from London who has shot to fame this week after an old video of her trying to get through a window went viral online.

What happens in the video?
On June 20, 2023, Lisa Rowland, her sister Nicole, and Nicole’s partner Lisa, tried to enter Lisa’s house through a small window after being locked out.
As Nicole recorded the video from the pavement, Lisa was given a leg up into her house by Lisa.
She went head first through the window but was left stuck upside down, with her boobs pressed against the glass.
It came after the black bandeau jumpsuit she was wearing fell down, exposing her chest to the whole street.
Lisa was in hysterics and was unable to help Lisa Rowland whose foot had got stuck.
What has Lisa said?
It was “back in June” and Lisa had “done the school run, gone out [and] taken the dog to the vets”.
She then went food shopping and “halfway around the supermarket I needed the toilet”.
Instead of using the supermarket loos, Lisa decided to wait until she had got home, only to realise she had left her keys inside.

Lisa and Lisa told This Morning how they spotted one window open at the front of the house.
Lisa Rowland explained: “It was the only window [open] in the house [and] the only option [was to go through it to get inside]”.
Her sister’s partner Lisa added: “I’m going to bunk her up and put her through the window – [I] literally shoved her through the window.”
“I begged [Nicole] not to video it”, Lisa said, but Nicole argued that every time Lisa and Lisa are together it “goes two ways” and “something happens”.
Nicole’s partner Lisa who was on the outside, trying to help Lisa squeeze through the window, was left in hysterics, whilst Lisa Rowland was stuck, pressed against the glass, accidentally flashing her chest.
“While I was hanging [upside down] I tried [to put my boobs back into the top], but then other [boob came out the top] and I let go of everything,” Lisa Rowland revealed.

Alison asked her: “You actually wet yourself, didn’t you?”
Lisa replied: “Yes I weed and it went around my neck [because I was upside down].”
Alison added: “You’re actually in that precarious position, you can’t move your foot [and you wet yourself].”
Lisa added: “I was left hanging like a bat.”
Nicole’s partner Lisa defended herself as she was seen laughing hysterically on the outside.
She said: “I couldn’t breathe – there was nothing I could do [on the outside].
“When I turned around and saw her nipples hanging out, I was dead.”
“I felt like [I was hanging there] for a really long time… it might look like seconds,” Lisa added.
“My legs are too long, I couldn’t get them in!”
She was asked if she panicked and Lisa replied: “Yes! When I fell to the ground covered in urine, I think I’d passed the point of panic.”
Lisa then spoke about the video going viral, and how she felt to become so famous, so quickly.

“We didn’t even know it was online,” she said. “We didn’t know someone had shared it.
“I got a call about 8.30 at night saying ‘you’re all over Facebook’.
“I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
“When I saw the comments, the amount of positive comments – the response, the laughter, I love a bit of laughter.”
It was then revealed that a woman called ‘Ruth’ in Northern Ireland, shared the video online – how she obtained it, Lisa, Lisa and Nicole don’t know.
“No one knows her, we don’t know her, we don’t know how she got it,” Lisa explained.
“But we’ve had a good day out – so thank you Ruth from Northern Ireland.”
Presenter Dermot O’Leary then noticed Lisa was wearing her keys around her neck on a chain.
